"Had State Farm since before we moved to the Upstate in 2010. Ended up at Rudy Ables when our previous agent switched offices. She left and I was lucky enough to get Cindi Buck as my new agent. She is amazing!! We had a major loss due to Helene and she has been there every step of the way during the entire often stressful experience. Cindi is always available, easy to talk to, and a great listener when you need to simply let off some steam because of the situation. She does what she says she is going to do which is a rarity in today's world. She explains things in detail when necessary and overall is just a great person. I highly recommend Rudy Ables and Cindi Buck. Insurance is a necessary evil...but Cindi works hard to make it as painless as possible."
